I am so glad I found Suzy and smart enough to sign her as my realtor. To say the least, she is knowledgeable, professional, competent, and willing! She convinced us that it would be good to start the buying process when we were heading on a 3+ week vacation that weekend. I wasn’t sure it could happen. But Suzy worked tirelessly to ensure we had a contract, set us up with the absolute best banker and ensured that we would not have any issues while we were gone. I had 2 action items, that’s it, while I was on vacation. Suzy took care of the rest. And believe it, we closed on the property within 45 days! That just doesn’t happen without a lot of coordinated effort on the part of my tireless realtor. I will use Suzy if I ever want to enter into a real estate transaction in the future. Anyone would be wise to do so!
